  : The property is clean, the view is beautiful, the location is wonderful. The worst part was that we could not turn the shower on. We tried every which way but only the faucet worked in both tubs. Not being able to shower was truly unenjoyable. We couldn’t fill the big tub without using up all these hot water, and the small tub upstairs was not big enough for a man to bathe. We had to use cups to rinse our hair and can only dip one side of our body at a time in the water. I called the after hours number and left messages, I also spoke to a person from a call center at night. No one called me back, no one resolved the issue, and no one has called me even after our stay. There is a bug problem outside which is ok (thousands of dead lady bugs), but we did not have a broom to be able to clean it up to walk around comfortably. We would bring the lady bugs into the home from the patio no matter how hard we tried not to, then we couldn’t walk barefoot inside the home. We just needed a broom to clean it up ourselves.
