  : The overall facility looked a bit sketchy, but our unit was wonderful once we got inside - clean and comfy and with a cozy cabin-like atmosphere. Great for the price! We would happily rebook for a future stay.
  : Check-in was problematic. For some reason, the booking.com message with final check-in instructions did not come across email and we had to call the owner directly to get it. The lobby staff was not helpful or professional.

  : We loved the location. It is convenient to everything. The decor was nice and the apartment was clean.
  : Very small but good for a weekend stay with our younger children. There weren't enough toiletries (only 1/4 roll of toilet paper and we ran out by the 2nd day) and there were only 4 washcloths and 4 towels for 4 people and a 2 night stay.

  : Great location! Condo was very clean. Bed was comfy. Cute decor. I could live here …If we stayed again, I would like to try out one of the pools.
  : My only complaint would be that the ceiling panels holding the heating/cooling vents look like they need changed. Also, when you first turn on the water, it comes out yellow, but eventually runs clear. It is an older property, but these owners have stepped it up a notch!

  : The cabin feel inside the the condo. Well done with renovations. Close to walk for everything and the on-site parking..
  : The outside of the building is very old and frankly looks run down. Needs updated badly. Stove top needs replaced .

  : The overall look of the apartment was great. Location was pretty good. Could walk to most everywhere within minutes. Right behind Ober Gatlinburg. 2 pools. Overall it was very comfortable stay. I would stay again
  : Outdoor pool could have been better maintained. Everything looked old and dirty. Water needed to be cleaned looked oily. Looks like there was a hot tub at 1 time, but they covered it over.Too bad that's what we wanted to relax in. I did not know if anybody was supposed to be in that little office, but nobody was there to answer any questions. I guess nobody works in there. A couple guests ask me how they check into their room. I explained look on their phone and all the information should be there. Like their door code ( it wasn't a problem to help them) The only problems I had was the backside of the bathroom door had hair on it and looked very dirty And that sliding glass door track looked rusted could have been cleaned very dirty
