Quaint Home with Pool Access - 3 Miles to Downtown!

  : It was clean but not maintained well. Other than accommodations, we had a great time in Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg.
  : Good luck getting in and out without a 4-wheel drive--which we were not advised of. Written directions were very wrong and had to search for this place--not an easy task. No toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid...would have been better off renting a motel room (especially for the cost and the clean-up fee is astronomical)! And, they want you to leave it like you found it!

  : The host was letting us to check-in a couple of hours earlier than 4 pm when we arrived earlier on the day we arrived. The internet services and cables worked well. Hot tub was well maintained and cleaned. There are many clean towels. The bathroom on the second floor is clean and updated. The air conditioner was working well.
  : The place is not as cleaned as it stated and showed in the photos. All appliances are very outdated. Listed are what I didn’t like 1) The dishwasher is not working. We had to wash all cups and plates manually . 2) Refrigerator door handle is missing. We had to use the edge of the door 3) there is light bulb out in the ceiling. 4) the couch leg is missing and a brick is under the couch and some of us has hurt his toes injured 5) the drain in the bath tub in the first floor is not working and water is not going down quickly. The bath tub has stained and water marked. We could not use the bathroom at all 6) the laundry machine is not aligned and not balanced. 7) we had to sweep the floor and picked the garbage under the couch since it seemed not cleaned 8) the microwave light is not working. 9) The staircase carpet was not loosened and seemed not vacuumed. There were dust balls on the corners 10) only 1 roll of toilet papers per each bathroom. At least 1 roll per guest should be stocked. We reserved 4 nights of 6 guests. 11) All mattresses are not firm and saggy in the middle of the bed. The bed spring were making squeaking sound. 12) there are only 5 dinning chairs for 6 guests. 13) not enough outdoor chairs for seating. 14) the bedroom doors are not closed to shut.

  : There were some kind of critters in the house. The first night we were awakened by noises in the house and something got into a bag of chips that we had on the kitchen counter.
