  : The floor in kitchen and bedroom not in good condition. Most lights did not work. I had to unclog tub drains. Twin beds broke. No wifi as advertised or discount cards up to date

  : The main issue was NO wifi and they advertise free wifi everywhere. Place is very outdated, everything is super old. They have one TV in the whole place and it’s a box TV maybe a 13inch. The AC did not work well, always felt warm inside. In the main room the ceiling fan only worked if the light was on. Sliding doors has missing verticals. The place is just really fun down and needs to be remodeled.

  : Outdated. Bedding had stains on it. Outside lights didn't work. Could not turn ceiling fan on without light coming on.

  : The unit size was great for my family. Liked the washer/Dryer AND detergent provided. Very clean.
  : We could have used some instructions on the door entry. it was a coded lock box not on the actual door. Had to call and wait over an hour to be let in. Never received the call-back "in twenty minutes" to check on our status. The condo was 50 degrees when we got in. Had to call in again. received prompt call back from repair service, again no return call from call center, I switched mode to emergency heat which seemed to come on. Over an hour later, repair service showed up, went to get space heaters until they could get someone out the following day (it was 7:15pm). Never heard from anyone again, so ran emergency heat all week! also, no lock on sliding glass door to patio. fireplace, but no instructions.
